We'd just like to remind you all about the Canadian Lentils Lentil Recipe Revelations Challenge. The contest runs from February 6 - March 19 and you have the opportunity to create a new and unique recipe featuring lentils. There is a $1000 cash prize for the grand winner and $250 Amazon giftcards up for grabs for the best recipe in each of the contest categories, excluding the grand prize winner. Those are some generous prizes!
