½ cup (83 g) chopped pineapple or 1 pineapple spear (fresh or frozen)
⅓ avocado
Juice of ¼ lemon
3 ice cubes
½ teaspoon raw honey
1 tablespoon (7 g) ground flaxseed
Pinch sea salt ½ cup (120 ml) coconut water
Instructions
Place all the ingredients (in the order they are listed) into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds (depending on your blender)
Serve immediately.
