Cut off the leaves at the top of the persimmon. Then add persimmon to your blender with the apricots, banana, almond milk, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Scoop thick smoothie into a bowl and top with sliced banana, chopped persimmon, pomegranate, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, chia seeds and hemp hearts.
