1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder (21–22 gr, or about 2 tbsp)
1 tsp agave
½ tsp chopped fresh ginger, or ¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp cinnamon
the juice of 1 lime
pinch salt
For topping:
¼ cup frozen mangos, chopped or sliced
1 tsp coconut shavings
1 tsp buckwheat
1 tbsp gluten-free granola
Instructions
In a blender add mango, banana, coconut milk, protein powder, agave, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and lime juice. Blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk if needed.
Scoop thick smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with sliced frozen mangos, coconut shavings, buckheat and granola.
