Ginger is a staple ingredient at Chrismtas and Liz from Emma Eats has baked us a cake – Ginger and Spice Cake!
Continuing on with our ginger theme, Christina at Buffy and George brings us Gingerbread Madeleines with a little sprinkling of sugar dust!
Who can resist a dollop of meringue? Not us! So we're glad Maya at Maya's Kitchen shared these Lemon Meringue Butter Cookies with us!

The Gumdrop Button sent on a great idea for a yummy DIY edible gift. Katina's Peppermint Millionaires Shortbread looks perfectly festive!
Squares and bars are perfect for popping into boxes as edible gifts. Elizabeth from A Sweet Baker shared her delicious Reeses Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake Bars. Perfect for a gift box!
Another twist on the classic bar comes from Helene at La Cuisine Helene with Toffee Crisp Squares.
Laura from An Italian Canadian Life wanted to share her take on the classic Italian Torrone with us. It looks delicious!
